If you currently use Aweber to manage your email subscribers and are tired of manually importing your subscribers phone information to send a voice or text message, you’re going to love this video walkthrough.
In this video, you’ll learn exactly how to integrate Call Loop into your Aweber web-forms to automatically build your mobile subscriber base.
Step 1: Sign Up for Your Free Call Loop Account
If you’re not a member already, sign up for your free Call Loop account and get 50 credits. After you register your account, check your email inbox and click on the verification link to activate your account.
Step 2: Edit Your Default List
After you login to your account, you will see a “default” list already created for you. Click on the pencil to the right to edit your list. On this edit page we need to enter in some information to connect Call Loop to Aweber.

Enter Your Thank You Page URL
Go ahead and enter in the thank you page URL where you would like us to send your user to after they subscriber to your Aweber webform. For example, a user will register on your main website, the thank you page URL could be “http://www.mysite.com/thanks.php”
Enter Your Custom Field
You will notice that we have already populated a default custom field as Phone for you. This field tells Call Loop where and what field you are collecting the phone number from. If you already have a published webform where you are collecting the phone information, here is where to find the field name in Aweber.
<input type=”text” name=”custom Phone” value=”" />
Enter in this field information in Call Loop to connect the correct fields together.
Step 3: Create Your Aweber Webform
To create your webform in Aweber select your list, click “Web Forms”, and click “Create a New Web Form.”
Design
On the design screen, select the design you want to have and now add a new custom text field called “Phone” and add this to your webform.

Settings
On this page, select the drop down menu under the “Thank You Page” and choose “Custom Page”. A text box will appear and from here you will paste in the Call Loop URL given to you in this box.
Do this same step for “Already Subscribed Page” as well.
Click the Advanced Settings and click the checkbox to “Pass Form Data”. This will ensure that your subscribers information is passed over to Call Loop.

Publish
You’re all set. Now just simply grab your Javascript or Raw HTML code, paste it on your webpage and lastly…
Step 4: Upload & Test
Now that you’ve created your Aweber webform, connected it to Call Loop, simply upload it to your website and test it.
Goto your webpage and enter in your information: name, email, and phone and press submit. You will see in Call Loop and Aweber that you have a brand new subscriber that has been added to your lists.
